Do I need a Stripe account?
Not to get started! Free events work without any payment setup. For paid events, we guide you through a simple Stripe Connect onboarding. You'll receive payments directly to your bank account (after Stripe's standard fees and our 5% platform fee).
Can I refund participants?
Yes! Since payments go directly to your Stripe account, you can issue refunds through your Stripe Dashboard at any time.
Can I cap slots and create waitlists?
Yes! Set capacity limits for each time slot. When slots fill up, new sign-ups are automatically added to a waitlist. You can manually promote waitlisted people to confirmed signups from your dashboard.
Can I send reminders by text?
Email reminders are included in the free plan and work great. SMS reminders will be available in the Pro plan (launching soon) for those who need text notifications.
