Do I need a Stripe account?
Not to get started! Free events work without any payment setup. For paid events, we guide you through a 2-minute Stripe Connect setup. You'll receive payments directly to your bank account.
Can I refund participants?
Yes, from the dashboard. Refunds are processed instantly through Stripe.
Can I cap slots and create waitlists?
Yep, built in. Set capacity limits for each time slot. When slots fill up, new sign-ups are automatically added to a waitlist.
Can I send reminders by text?
Email at launch; SMS in Pro.
